Recycling truck closed container - Waste Transfer Truck

A waste transfer truck in the style of Colossal Waste Recycling. It is based on the Scania truck by Onionjack_ - if you haven't already you should check out his stuff!

If you want this to only spawn from some buildings then I recommend using Service Vehicle Selector 2
