As for damage in non-boss fights, almost all attack cards suck except for Dagger Toss and Triple Threat. Combo Sadistic Laugh with Freeze, Blood Splash, and maybe an upgraded Street Sign to get some Strength, and a few Dagger Tosses or Triple Threats will carry you. Everything else is a waste of your time, including Road Roller. Blood Suck is nice, I guess, but not something you can rely on since it has exhaust.
In general, the character is too top-heavy; it relies way too much on rares, and in A20 that becomes too painful during act 1.

Won A20 Heart, but required way too much luck, and specific combos with specific rares and specific relics (Swaping starting rune for energy relic, getting Runic Pyramid, play upgraded Path to Heaven turn 1, wait until you draw Kono Dio Da and and keep it in hand until you draw Green Baby, play Green Baby, use Kono Dio Da to return Fourteen Phrases to hand at 0 cost, play Fourteen Phrases, wait until you get a *second* Kono Dio Da then play it to get Over Heaven in hand for 0, and play it to kill the Heart.
All the while you pray that your other cards will keep you alive long enough to play the combo. Freeze and Cut Deep combo are required to reduce incoming damage. Blood Transfusion also necessary to stay alive in hallway fights. Coffin Bath to purge debuffs. Dark Rebirth has to get played 1 by 1, because if not they stack into a single heal that just gives higher %.

Underpowered

Why doesn't Muda get back any other card with "Muda" in the name from the discard pile back to your hand? I assumed that's why there were other "Muda" cards.
