What I meant about the screenshots is to change the main thumbnail that is on the top right corner. That's the one that people will see when scrolling through the "Most Popular", etc. Replace that image with one that shows-off your asset a bit more like adding a Miami logo on the image. That will help more people see it rather than scrolling past all of the generic vanilla uploads.
You can change it when you are uploading your asset after first clicking "Share", the window will pop up with the default shot, the title and a short description. On the bottom right hand corner of the screenshot, you will see a small folder. It will open up and you will see a folder popup in Windows Explorer and file called "PreviewImage.png".
You have a great eye for scale in your models and attention to details, so good luck!
I would recommend reading Ronyx's site: https://cslmodding.info/asset/building/
There's an issue creating colored lights in the illumination map. You will probably have seen a mod called Additive Shader. Ronyx has scripts to help with that, there are guides there.
Also, download Modtools and dump Smilies assets from the workshop and look at how he creates textures. He is one of THE best at getting the most of a limited texture space. Rather than UV mapping each window separately, he uses the same space multiple times.
Please get better screenshots for your buildings!
