[REC] Ceres class armed refinery vessel

The Ceres class is mobile refinery vessel that is capable of defending itself quite well. Equipped with 2 small and 1 large reactor, and a hangar, the ship is more than capable of sustaining itself for long periods of time. Its has been deployed mostly as an asteroid patrol ship or supporting larger fleets. It cannot fly on any planets but is able to fly on all moons in the system.
