Alternatively, is there is any way to make it so that heroes' starting positive quirks are already locked? I've tried adding the two following lines in the rules.json file to mimick the option that is already there for tweaking how negative quirks lcan get locked but it doesn't do anything:
"quirk_positive_locked_after_turn_count": 0,
"quirk_chance_to_lock_positive": 1,
copied from
"quirk_negative_locked_after_turn_count": 2,
"quirk_chance_to_lock_negative": 0.25,
Before i didn't use sanitarium at all, just remove the most annoying quirks sometimes, another broken mechanic in this game. With that I can actually use it and give a little personality to my heroes, altough fixing positive quirks through this questionable treatment look a little bit odd
