@lloranut The capital of Korea is Seoul, and the capital area is concentrated around Seoul, and it corresponds to the Pangyo metropolitan area. Of course, there are many foreigners who don't know Korea.

I googled Pangyo-dong out of curiosity, and holy cow, I never realized how densely populated S. Korea was. High-rise building everywhere!
