Also, it would be nice if we got a passenger version as well, I think it could be great to have a nice looking replacement for the ice 1, and it could overall be a great addition

I find this train has it best on freight lines that carry bulk cargo (stone, ore, coal, etc), as those items can build up quickly, and high speed freight trains all loaded with goods can make lots of money.

For other routes though, such as ones for liquids, lumber products and general materials, a solid substitute is the EXO AI train and accompanying train track. This is not endorsement, just a thought.

If the author ever checks this, thanks again for making such an awesome mod. I'll also endorse what others have said, and ask if there's any chance to get a passenger version as well. I love watching my goods trains zip around, but the pokey passenger train cars block the tracks.
