Metal Slug Explosion Effects for Explosives

Changes:

• Can now choose different explosions for different sources (generics / rpg, grenades, smg grenades) in Options.
  
• New "Hermit Crab" explosion.
  
• New "Tall" exposion.
  
• Replace old jittery sprites with new ones ripped from borderoflife's MUGEN works.
  
• Save settings.
  
• Now supports other explosions such as explosions made by ArcCW weapons.
  
• Fixed slight sprite looping animation.

Planned (on hold indefinitely) :

• AR2 explosions.
  
• Fixed vertical orientation optiion.

Adds various metal slug explosion effects and sound on top of the game's default explosion.

Works on :

• SMG Grenade Explosions

• Generic Explosions

Not compatible with any gExplo based addons.

Also sprites are poorly put together by me so you might notice some visual glitches.
