Half-timbered house, Low Residential, Model 08, Row type "A".
2x2; Level 1; Color variations: white, light orange, light yellow, light green.

Use it alone or combined with type "A" rows and corners.

Decorated with window flowers and cobblestone paths. Feel free to add trees, fences and anything else you want.

You can skip other props, but you have to subscribe to Prefab House Pack 02, otherwise you won't have the balcony floor. It's a prop that covers the hole between wall modules! For cims safety, maybe you should subscribe to balcony railing...but...whatever... :)

Use Plop the growables or Ploppable RICO Revisited for best results. No RICO file, use "Add local".
I guess it works as vanilla growable too, I did not tried.

Model is created inside Asset Editor, only with sub-meshes from Macwelshman's Modular Buildings: UK Tudor, with his permission.

If you do not like them, modify the asset or use Painter ingame. Depends on map theme, LUT, light etc, so they may be different on your screen.
