C'mon, lvl 6 is end point of hero, you can't just play with turning mod off and on. If you want 25% faster grow - turn on, if no, before LVL 6 they will be completely fine, exp lvl will be same. As it said in description, mod reduces EXP for LVL.
And even after that, when you turned mod off when you had LVL 6 hero and done run, you just lvl 5 now, I see almost zero lose in it. And you can easily turn mod on again and hero will be LVL 6 as was.
