UK Abandoned Social Housing #1
Included in this small pack are 3 Abandoned houses, they all share the same texture but are slightly different to give you some more variation when building derelict areas (if thats your thing ha)

* House 1 - This one has graffiti on some of the windows and doors
* House 2 - This one is free of graffiti
* House 3 - This one has a couple of windows boarded up with wood as well as metal

PLEASE NOTE: These houses add no value to your city apart from making them look a right dump

I have left the asset blank to give you more decorative freedom. The following mods are highly recommended to get the best out of it:

* Move It!
* Plop The Growables
* Find It
* Prop & Tree Anarchy
* Prop Precision

Where is this found in game?
I have used the Abandoned Warehouse template for this asset so this should be found under the parks tab.

Do these assets require any props?
No, this is now up to you to decorate.

Model Info:
  • 452 Polys
  • 1,042 Tris
  • 1024 x 1024 Texture res (diffuse, Normal, Specular,)
  • Custom LOD (26 Tris)

If you have the find it mod, use that and search for 'Abandoned', they should show up.

hello.. i am a noob at this, and can not see the buildings as either rico assets or under parks.. I can see them under my Assets before I load a game, but they are described as Building, nothing else. And I can not add them to a style.

Please help...I would really appreciate it.

kglarsen1984 -why not use the asset editor and make the change yourself? I don't really know what i am doing with it but have changed buildings and added props with it.

I would really appreciate if you could make a version of these buildings that aren’t abandoned.
I grew up in a apartment building in a social housing area here in Aalborg, Denmark that looks almost exactly like this.

I'm in love. This is too amazing. Would you think about doing more? Maybe some abandoned terraces too? Like you can find around Merseyside especially. Such as Accrington.

@rik4000 These are great. Do you have the time to remake these so that they are not abandoned? Or do you know of anything similar to these - that aren't abandoned?
