CIV Female Adult in Coat by Russt_Bucket

The female skeleton is tricky because it does a weird thing with its hand that is meant to hold a purse, and without one it acts strange. I was having difficulty getting any other models to show up, so for now, she just walks all sassy.

Newly subscribed civilians may take some to spawn. As your city grows they will start to appear more often. Don't worry, they will show up.
