CSGO Mounted Content Fix

This addon simply fixes manually most of the broken textures used in CSGO, and thus also models, and maps. This is only if you have CSGO mounted! This doesn't add any content, so no point downloading if you don't have CSGO installed and mounted in Garry's Mod!

Here's a list of what this addon does:
- Fixing missing or disabled custom cubemaps by reverting them to env_cubemap
- Reverting textures in Dust2 (and more) to use alpha masks for transparency instead of the unsupported new format
- Editing textures to disable coloring as was meant in CSGO
- Fixing broken displacement blends by disabling detail
- Fixing disabled cubemaps by removing the unsupported lightmapscale parameters
- Fixing badly scaled bumpmaps on models on Inferno
- Fixing broken sky in some maps by changing the shader used (clouds still work and move in most maps)
- Fixing broken/unmoving water
- Fixing incompatible particles (thanks to Sparc!)
- Fixing broken transparency on Inferno's and Train's plants by disabling parameters
- Making some of the wave textures invisible on the Danger Zone but it can't be fixed (easy solution)

Here's what this addon doesn't do:
- It doesn't fix CSGO maps' broken lighting (that needs recompiling)
- It doesn't fix dz_blacksite and dz_sirocco having broken vegetation (couldn't figure out how what to do about it)
- It doesn't reenable CSGO's soundscapes (it was working... but GMod doesn't allow to upload those files :/ Thanks Garry)
- It doesn't fix any texture belonging to a CSGO custom map which is embedded in it (because those just can't be overrided: that means de_cache and the operation maps may still have broken textures and there's nothing I can do about it)

Anyway, you can use this addon if you want to use the CSGO maps in any way, or if you want the props looking not broken.

Anyone is free to re-use any part of this fix pack for their own maps or whatever else!
