If you want to fix relationships so that combine like you and rebels hate you, you have to use an relationship editor like:

• Player Based NPC Relations
  
• NPC Tools

If you are using NPC Tools this mod will automatically create data/npcrelationships/Entropy Zero.txt which you can use from within the spawn menu.
