Better Galaxy Icon Overview & Starbase Extended PATCH

A simple patch between the mods
- Better Galaxy Icon Overview; and
- Starbase Extended.

This mod ensures that the icons for the new Starbase sizes are represented, and that the coloured Starbase icons for the previous Starbase sizes are still accounted for. Without this patch, you get some horrible half-icon mess, or non-coloured icons, depending on your load order.

To ensure the patch is applied correctly, use the following load order (where *exactly* in the load order these mods are doesn't matter, as long as these three mods retain the following *relative* load order to *each other*):
- Better Galaxy Icon Overview
- Starbase Extended
- This patch
