Hello Engineers

This mod uses scripting by PlateGlassArmour from mod here

This mod only uses the functionality of providing suit charging batteries, and uses custom models for the charging stations.

Make the batteries in the assembler and charge them in the charging station, once used recharge them.
(i made this mod edit 99% just for myself but i have to publish for use on a server)

-Update 23/06/2022

The batteries are now an "ammo" so they stay in your inventory when you use the GUI move all to cargo button.

Its likely the update due to all the changes everything you made is gone, the chargers and the batteries. Thats just how it has to be so remake your batteries and you need to rebuild your chargers.

Also Refineries dont want to "Refine" Ammos so the chargers are now assembler types so charge your batteries from the assembly tab. You also build new batteries from the charger to :)

thats odd, i dono maybe remove everything from the inventory and make new ones at 1.0

I can't charge batteries, and I really want to keep this mod. But it's asking for .33 empty batteries to charge, but wont charge anything.

thats.. odd theres no reason it should ever be anything other than a round number. Nothing should ever be applying a float to these items.

Is there any chance I could convince you to make a version of this that simply replaces the powerkits and when the spare batteries are empty they can't be recharged? Or else that they could be made in the assemblers like the bottles and the battery charge station acted like an H2/O2 Generator with bottles; IE: As long as it has power to give it will charge up the battery as long as it simply sits inside?

One major flaw I am seeing for some reason is that the charge station reads ~0.01 Empty Batteries and makes infinite charged batteries.

i forgot about that.... i always play with 1:1 efficiency so i did not notice. The change has been made now so yeah kinda screwed, would be real dumb to undo the update right?

@Visentinel Found a small problem. Suit batteries are flooding when assembler efficiency is set to anything except realistic. At x10 assembler efficiency, 1 empty battery turns into 10 full batteries. When used, you get 10 empty batteries back which can then be turned into 100 full batteries! Not a big issue since their cheap anyways, made from same materials you can get from survival kitting rock. But, is there anyway to fix this issue? Maybe set the number of batteries you get back when they get used to less when the assembler efficiency is higher?

@Visentinel Thanks for that. I feel stupid now though. I've been trying to figure out where to make my batteries for about an hour before noticing the mod updated. :steamfacepalm: LOL

I was commenting that i cant coz i dont know anything about scripting but i then decided F it il give it a shot.... and i somehow did it LOL

Could you change the batteries to identify as tanks or ammo instead? Tanks and ammo also don't get deposited with Alt + MMB.
