The United States Coast Guard, is a law enforcement agency appearing in Grand Theft Auto V.
The San Andreas State Prison Authority (SASPA) is a prison authority that appears in Grand Theft Auto V and Grand Theft Auto Online.
The Los Santos Lifeguard is an emergency service division of the Los Santos Fire Department based in Los Santos County. - GTA Wikia

Included SASPA Prison Guard, U.S Coast Guard and LS Lifeguard with playermodels and NPCs.

*Lifeguard isn't provided as a fully functional NPCs yet. So sorry about it. :c
