changing:
npc:SetKeyValue( "spawnflags", "8192" )
to:
npc:AddSpawnFlags(8192)

should make it work, so that it doesnt override the flags the npcs.

It could fix the issue that @⊰{TFA}⊱KZ Mantiss has regarding the turret being hostile instead of friendly

I do want to mention, this addon still interferes with turret behavior. All turrets act hostile to the player, and toggling their relationship with the expanded context menu immediately reverts back to being hostile.

Does this addon prevent health vials and grenades from dropping like other addons do
