Yes there are 4 processors of raw goods for each of the zoned industry resources and then 16 factories that produce commercial industry goods, the same goods created by the generic industry.

Do these factories create "Generic Industry" products? I was told the only way to have that is with Ploppable RICO (which I do not want). I would love a few plop-down factories for "Generic Goods".

(Commercial Zones require both Special Goods made from Industry DLC and Generic Goods from Generic Industry zones)

I'm on it, I'm just getting things uploaded. My aim was to get rid of zoned industry all together so we've got 16 producers of zoned industry products and 15 producers of zoned commercial goods. The buildings are all stock models.

Wow! Lots of buildings. I hope you put them all into a collection and add descriptions of the asset size, lot size, and how many of what it consumes to produce what. Looks like this set could become a top hit.
