Hat Kid steals Nyakuza Food Trucks (and accidentally decapitates the drivers)

Once when I was in the #modding-general chat of A Hat in Time Discord, HERO mentioned that it would be awesome to have a Scooter on which you can transport other players. That's when I realized that it would be cool to use Metro Food Trucks for it!
This mod adds 2 new Sprint Hat flairs that are available in Rift Roulette and from Badge Seller (if you have at least 20 Time Pieces). Each flair is head of one of the drivers that Hat Kid has stolen Food Trucks from. Apparently she's pretty ruthless and can decapitate cats. Wow. But I don't think they're really dead or harmed - see, they're animated! Wow! Well, you can always disable their animations in the mod config.
Now let's talk about the Food Trucks. These Trucks are cool because:

1. They're animated (not only wheels, but the exterior too).
   
2. Other Players (both second Player and Online Party Players) can ride in your Food Truck. The Truck has 3 spots for additional Players.
   
3. You can stand on the Food Trucks too! But because of how collision works for Players, you will most likely fall from it on the U-turn.
