Miami - Florida

You play as Hobo from Hotline Miami 1 and you heard some gun fires really close nearby to where you sleep and wanted to check it out but then you saw the mafia and gangs having a war for somewhat reason so you wanted to settle this gang war once and for all and have a good night's sleep.

The end is bugged and nothing happens with Jacket so all I can do is just quit the level

The end of the level is bugged. After clearing the last floor, I'm back to where I started and I'm assuming I need to go next to Jacket at the dumpster but there is no trigger after that point. Too bad since it's a fun and challenging level.
