After a while, I realized that the Russian translation is broken, because when I looked into the files, I saw that the translators had translated some of GAME CODE and even the values TRUE / FALSE.
So better just play on english version
It might be language related. INT stores the text for in-game messages and there are multiple versions for different languages. If your game is non-English but your INT contains English game messages, your game might be using a different INT with a different file extension, possibly KFO-Transit.ru. If so, you should be able to overwrite the line "ObjectiveInProgressMusic=..." under each [KF_StoryObjective...] section with the corresponding line from the mod to fix the music without changing your language.
Не работает на моей 11-й винде, и 10-й винде друга. На моём старом ноуте с виндовс 8.1, все отлично работает. Даже ручная установка не помогает, менял файлы и хоть бы хны :\
