known issues:
the kill icon is a missing texture. i dont know how to fix it, dont destroy my hopes and dreams because of it
he is at the bottom of the npc list, for me atleast. if it is for you too, i screwed something up but im too lazy to fix it so like, yeah

things he do!!?!!:
-chases you no matter what
-break (or phase through if its not breakable) through objects in its path to get to you
-make loud noises (most of them grabbed from youtube)
