Unit Rename

can u make it possible to rename unlimited times？

it seems support units cannot be renamed, no idea why.

i'm afraid that's a problem beyond my very limited modding skills...

Hi Seileach and thank you for your kind answer. I mean a siege tower not a catapult. My idea is to rename the first one with the latin word "turris" but despite my attempts I have not succeeded to do it. Please have you any alternative solution?

do you mean a siege unit like a catapult, or a support unit like a battering ram? i have renamed catapults and such without problems, but i confess i never tested with support units.

that said, some units, like religious units, cannot be renamed, they don't even get the rename icon, and others, like great people, get the icon, but it doesn't do a thing.

unfortunately, no, it doesn't work on religious units. i wanted to do the same :)

Does this work on religious units? I need to name my apostles so I can keep their promotions straight.

well verify does not delete it you have to go into your workshop /content etc and hard delete it

Mod tends to stick around even after unsubscribe . so gonna try a verify. not that mods buggy or anything just naming builders was annoying and i use to feel my units earn't there name now im like merh.. just a personal thing.
