You're missing Half-life Episode 2. Buy it from the steam store or get free content from here[www.garrysmod.org]

Your map [maps/gm_carcon_ws.bsp] differs from the server's.
The server needs to update the workshop addon. Ask the owner or an admin to restart it.
If you're sure the server runs the latest version try removing the gm_carcon_ws_carconstruct_b1-9_206869955.gma from your addons folder and restart your game.

when you start this map wtih the addon "city17_04demo (Missing Information)"
the rock will be a missing texture

Episode 2 is literally over 10 years old. come on. you should have bought it by now. it's YOUR fault for not buying it lol. don't shit on the dev for using VALVE'S ASSETS.
