Adds an extremely rare op trait which basically makes the pawn who has it a god. This specific version gives high psychic sensitivity to allow for use of the psychic amplifier. While also giving a godly mood buff. Due to the way the game rewards high sensitivity the stat is kept to 10x the normal value, otherwise effects will last way too long and be way too powerful.
