描述
A Compatability Patch for Ancient Cache of Technologies and Space Industry Habitat Overhaul, using code made by Velaroz. This fixes the issue with habitat capital buildings and ACOT capital buildings, both for the decision to create the ACOT buildings on habitats, and so that the ACOT buildings count appropriately for building unlocks while using both mods.

It should no longer be needed since I dropped the capital building features from SIHO 3.0.

And thanks for uploading. And I didn't so much 'make' code as just edited existing code from the source two mods to make sure they recognized each other! But that's semantics.
