描述
This Map requires a 25 tiles mod (the one i used is listed to the right)
If you want the trees, this map requires the 3 tree assets or packs to the right.

Other than that; this map is vanilla + a few DLCs

Welcome to Cleveland.




What I did:

-Used the osm mod to make Cleveland. This mod is great, but it lays the roads very um... clunky. I spent hours redoing the roads and overpasses / bridges to make it realistic.

- Added the light rail (tram) and rapid (metro) to the map.

- Added the metro stations with proper names.

- Named every street according to google maps.

- Tried my best to clean up the railroads.

- Added the trees

- If the neighborhood exists irl, its here.


Differences from real life are present. Whether its making to roads "work" in Cities, or near the edge of the map re-routing.

The biggest changes are:

- The Main Ave bridge (Shoreway) does not connect to w25th st irl. it does here as the map border was in the way.

- Hopkins airport is now located on the steelyard walmart. whoops.


There may be minor details i missed before uploading. Oh well, stuff happens. I just wanted a "clean" backup of my starting map, as i may want to do a vanilla city, a modded city ect. and since i have this map, i figured id share with you all.

Was the first OSM map I downloaded and appreciate how vanilla it was, enabled me to get right to work. I like realistic street names so it's nice to work with a city where the roads are already named and I can reinvent from scratch how I envision the city. Great work.

Wonderful work. But those roads in SC is a traffic jam waiting to happen. Real road works don't always work well in SC.

Hey, I made a pretty much 1:1 Cleveland map using image overlay with overlays made using ArcGIS. I'm doing a historical re-creation so the map I ended up with has some significant differences from what is there today, but if you like I can share my map and send you the overlay images I used for comparison. This map looks awesome though! Cheers.

One issue i am having with it is parts of the coastline are flooding railway tracks and raods

This is incredible bro. Salute to you for the dedication it took to do this. I'm using a map from the workshop to recreate Chicago...complete with railroad and metro links. Very daunting to say the least BUT not impossible and I'm from NY. I love Believeland though and if I can find enough assets this is definitely worth the recreate.
