The FIB (Federal Investigation Bureau) is a law enforcement agency in the Grand Theft Auto series.
and it is based on the real-life FBI.
The Drug Observation Agency (DOA), also known as the Bureau of Narcotics, is primarily an undercover intelligence agency mentioned in Grand Theft Auto V.

@SentryAndreas, I see a lot of people are asking about the IV FIB agents, and I have an idea on how you could port them. There's a mod for GTA V called Liberty City : Vehicle and Ped Pack, and it comes with a ton of IV NPCs ported to V's engine.

It's an unused model for Karen, Still can be found in the file game.
Since I just ported the entire model, Her bikini model followed as well.
