[SUNSET HARBOR] Trolleybus Single Sided

So once again a two way road with one way transport vehicle wasn't in the vanilla game so here it is!

Designed mostly for those end loops where you don't want everyone to be forced into a one way system, this road allows two way traffic while only having the trolleybuses on one side of the road.

Unfortunately due to the way the game implements nodes, in certain combinations you may see extra wires connecting to dead ends nothing I can do about it...
