Yes, that's right, I forgot to apply an update to Jaburo Mod to fix the problem that NSB changed the logic of resource routing and made it impossible to exchange resources between Earth and Space, so I fixed it.
This sub-mod exists to be used in the rare case that Operation British *succeeds* in-game. Meaning that there are 2 different outcomes in OYW for the Operation British Event.
You are most likely to roll and have the event play out as it does in "the animation."
In "this mod," there is a small chance after you roll that Operation British goes exactly as it was planned, destroying Jaburo, and after that you would enable this mod. For those that have played the mod, I'm sure you've enabled the other plenty of times.
There is no possible way for the Federation to influence the outcome. It is simply a scripted event that adds some really nice flavor for replayability, and we should all thank @kaznoko for providing us with this and doing their best to explain in English.
