This mod reduces the resistance related values:

Damage to Equipment -50%
Manpower loss -50%
Resistance activity chance -66%

In result, you will lose way less manpower and equipment to local resistance activities.

Thank God I found this. I'm so tired of being punished for annexation for clean borders, and being encouraged to create puppet border gore.

Any chance we could see a 100% removal of manpower loss from garrison damage from you? I don't mind equipment being lost, but manpower lost in annexation is precious to a small nation such as Finland or Hungary.
