Move Cargo Order

Move Cargo Order adds a new command to the galaxy map to have a craft move some or all cargo between the selected craft and another craft.

This command was primarily designed for using ships to transport items between mines and stations to drive a production chain without the limitations of cargo shuttles or buy/sell orders. The commanded craft can be ordered to receive cargo or give cargo and to try and fill the receiving craft up to a certain limit. Unlike with buy/sell orders, a move cargo order will move what it can but will not keep waiting for more room or cargo to appear. In this way, one ship can be used to move and fill multiple items across multiple stations without a full or empty station causing the craft's command loop to stall.

This mod depends on CraftOrdersLib Mad edition. If the original CraftOrdersLib becomes maintained again, I can re-enable the ability to work with it.
