Hide Panel On Build

I can repeat the panel issue. I think I know why it's happening. if you're using a mod to open the build menu n a diff way then I think that is the culprit. If you use just a standard hotkey to open up the native build menu the toolstip goes away once you get in build more.

Finally. Without the mod I had to zoom all the way in every time I have to see whatever's on the bottom right tile.

Do you need more info, or something?
It's quite annoying, and your mod is too nice to not use it ^^

What is the frozen panel ?

Is there a fix/update about the frozen panel?

You claim that mod in question is useless, then in the same sentence proceed to say it might be helpful.

this feels unnecessary, but removing an obfuscating tooltip can make sense.
