Adds/updates player partnerships, a new feature that can add great real life partnerships like Messi/Suarez, Lukaku/Martinez etc.

@zachalder it's working, the changes are in the clubs tab as the partnerships are changed there

@onrkic33 It's a new game feature that isn't used widely in the default db yet so I added more partnerships via some analysis tools that show for example the total goals & assists between two players at clubs.
