Prepare Moderately

描述
Re-rolls pawns until they meet user-defined criteria. A more compatible, balanced alternative to the ever-popular Prepare Carefully.

If you're looking for an actual drop-in replacement to Prepare Carefully, try out Character Editor.

This mod is very similar to RandomPlus.

@Arthur GC Are there any errors in your logs? Does the issue occur with only this mod and Harmony enabled (if not, it's possible that it's a mod compatibility issue)? Failing both of those, can you give a more detailed description of the issue (i.e. how to reproduce it)?

@Anon_Octo I was having the same issue and just tested without this mod, and it's gone.

So yeah, I think it's something with this mod.

Been redoing some templates - a baseline, then adding a major passion for most skills - and discovered that they all have the baseline name, instead of baseline - skill.

@Anon_Octo I've been told in the past that that's possibly an issue with a mod called "Cleaning Area" if you've got that installed? Otherwise I have no idea, does the issue occur when you have only PM and Harmony enabled? This mod doesn't touch the starting scenario so it shouldn't be possible for this to be the issue.

@AikiAimi This mod has more filter options and uses purely vanilla mechanics to generate pawns, whereas RandomPlus has only a few options and uses a customized generation function. I'm told that RandomPlus has a nicer user interface though, if that's something that's super important to you.

Looks like those mods haven't been updated for 1.6, so that tracks. Lots of things can go wrong when you try to use a mod for a different game version than it was made for.
