low weight/heat/wattage strike ship primarily armed with rapid firing guided nuclear cannons, different missile and turret compared to AGNM destroyer, higher rate of fire/muzzle velocity & using some low price & weight/volume efficient pure aluminium microrockets this time leading to much lighter & more compact storage, but lower delta-v for guidance & less ability to penetrate before detonating, as well as a heavier turret to fire them.
AI refuses to use full range & best in instant action due to AI using the missiles poorly in orbital mode (trying to deploy wings without aiming the turrets first), 50-100km+ reasonable range for main nuke turrets.

Also can cause "a bit" of fps lag, missiles can be easily retrofitted to flak & make particularly good short range point defence against missiles
