Madagascar Complete Pyramid (1 Level Fully Activated)

This file fully activates the Madagascar football league pyramid with the correct structure and rules for the 2019-20 season. Pro League is playable for Football Manager 2020.

Leagues included are:

1. Pro League

As well as: Coupe de Madagascar

There is still relegation from the Pro League despite there being no active division below it.

All stadiums are correct from the 2019-20 season while some kits have been randomised due to a lack of sources.

I suggest adding players to playable teams.
