Type 1-447C33 redbrick

描述
Red brick variant of the Type 1-447C33 apartment building, initially posted by Comrades Gerbilskij and Pashka2125, reproduced with permission.

It requires less asphalt and concrete, and more bricks, for construction. Apartment quality lowered at 80 percent to reflect the older feel.

Added the shorter 1-447C36 version as well.

NB: I slightly modified the building's brightness because I noticed that ingame it tended to appear way darker than anticipated.

Not sure what lupo's complain is about.
The price for construction depends on the materials needed. The changes I made there keep indeed the price relatively similar to the initial one. If I was to drastically reduce the amount of materials needed for this construction to make it cheaper, it would be kind of cheaty.
