Iceland Complete Pyramid (5 Levels Fully Activated)

This file fully activates the Icelandic football league pyramid with the correct structure and rules for the 2020 season. Pepsi Max deildin to 4. deildin are playable for Football Manager 2020.

Leagues included are:

1. Pepsi Max deildin
2. Inkasso-deildin
3. 2. deildin
4. 3. deildin
5. 4. deildin

As well as: Icelandic Cup, Icelandic Super Cup, League Cup A, League Cup B, League Cup C

All stadiums are correct from the 2020 season while some kits have been randomised due to a lack of sources.

I suggest adding players to playable teams.
