State troops and RoR Unit cards

描述
Just like my TEB unit card mod this one is a small mod consisting of custom made Empire only state troops unit cards for flavour. Basic idea is I am mostly working on infantry unit cards since they have higher potential to be distinct art wise, so I ll skip regiment units that have art unique enough to distinguish them from the standard units.

To do
- Polish some unit cards after more testing
- Work on Cavalry and Demigryph units

Compatibility
- Will work with everything that doesnt mess with the existing State troops and Ror units

@KingArthur78 hey if you using any empire mod for units on top it will overwrite the unit cards. its working for the empire AI in my wood elf campaign. I am playing with southern realms and unit cards mods on. try using Kaedrin mod manager and list these mods accordingly. you ll have to look it up.

Hey @Aquizar, I cant get this specific mod to work, I just started a fresh Reikland campaign, installed this and it's still the Vanilla unit cards, I've also got the TEB mod installed and your TEB unit cards and those work. Any ideas what could cause the issue? Cheers!
