Gives Bill the clothing worn by the Conscripts in HL2 (The Beta/ Early concept arts)

Updated: Fixed Missing HUD Icons

The clothing used was from a GMod Addon, which can be found here: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=151119348

Includes:
-FPS Arms
-Facial Animations
-HUD Icons (The HUD Icons in the screenshots are not part of the mod, I made them after I took the pictures)
-Should Be Retexture Compatible

no holster? it would fix the floating pistol problem would only have to use the default pistol holster from coach or Rochelle (their model is better) also this is one of my favorite bill mods. goes well with the forgotten soldier Francis skin.
