The Psychic Foil Helmets really help with your psychic sensitive colonists, but they are not very good at protection. So late game we can fight, then half way to the crashed ship part the sensitive colonist goes on a walkabout. WTF are you doing Jim your walking right into the mech cluster!!!! Hence the Psychic Marine Helmet was conceived.

It was a quiet day on the RIM when an idea came to Albert Rimstein, and he literally shoved a Psychic Foil Helmet into a marine helmet, and voila, the Psychic Marine Helmet was born. A little refining and a little hammering and we have today the very simple process of hammering the top of the marine helmet into a point to make a psychic foil helmet fit inside properly. ;)

Recipes = just need a machining bench and the two items, a Power Armor Helmet or Recon Helmet and a Psychic Foil Helmet.

Safe to add to saves as it doesn't edit any core files.
