Thanks found it. Gmod didn't extract it when I tried loading Gmod the first time.

Also is there a way to access the ground floor of the building area, without no-clipping out of the basement brick area?

It should be under the "Other" tab

Is this available to play through Single Player sandbox mode because I can't seem to find the map anywhere?
