Stagger Threshold Multiplied by 1.75

- If you increase the global damage setting ingame, does the stagger threshold gets automatically boosted as well ?
- No, if you trust feedback from UI.
- This mod multiplies the vanilla stagger threshold by 1.75

Personally, my testing yields inconclusive results, it seems like stagger threshold is not taken into account at all and you stagger every time you receive damage.
