roads for stations

Can we get an invisible road connector or one there we can paint over please?

would it be possible to add an entry/exit road that more perfectly matches the old style vanilla city roads? I appreciate having sidewalks at least instead of the annoying flat roads, but it would be nice to have stuff that matches the old city roads.

correct sidewalks are needed so that cargo can be delivered to the station from industry or from station to industry.

Thank you for your response, I'm struggling to find an obvious reason. There are no sidewalks on my road, just the road surface with one lane in each direction, a white median stripe and a white border edge to match up with the country road I have joining it.

The width looks fine but I'll try adjusting that and see if it makes any difference.

Thanks for your great mods - I have them all subscribed - which are amazingly useful in my games.

i dont know.
if the width parameters are incorrect then cargo cannot be delivered to the station beacause road sidewalks cannot connect with station sidewalks.
maybe in your case the same reason.

I've tried making a custom road based on your mod as there was a type I wanted which you hadn't made - typical! I used the existing .LUA and modules as a basis for what I wanted, changing the relevant .LUA street and icon files for the UI. The road shows up in the game and I can join it to a truck station but the game refuses to see there is a connection and my trucks can't access the station.

I'm not aware of having changed anything other than the road materials that are used - two-lane country asphalt with white broken centre lines and white roadway edging without pavement/sidewalk.

Given that your roads all work, what am I likely to have done wrong?

i tried, but borders generates only for 2-lanes width. i tried to disable borders but could not do it.
