A substation, or also known as traction power substation (TPSS) is an electrical substation that converts electric power from the form provided by the electrical power industry for public utility service to an appropriate voltage, current type and frequency to supply railways, trams (streetcars) or trolleybuses with traction current.

This is based on its real life counterpart, that is located in Brig, Switzerland.

you see the warning about tris count, which has no effect on RAM or VGA load. It's a custom LOD and this is a power station, so it has some elements modeled on LOD mesh to maintain proper look from far distance.

Ignore the warning.
