Pikemen start battles with pikes

This modification gives a pike to every pikemen right in the beginning of the battle.

As a long time fan of the TW series, sometimes it's inevitable to me to compare Rome:Total War with Total War: Rome II. One of the features from Rome 1 that I miss in Rome II is the possibility to see pikemen holding their main weapon with their hands right in the beginning of the battle. This feature not only allows the player to easily distinguish pikemen from lancers but it also gives a great look to the pikemen. In Rome: Total war, pikes only disappear when soldiers engage in close combat.

In Rome 2 the player has to click a button to see the pike and the weapon magically appears from nowhere. IMO, this ruins immersion, so I decided to create this little mod to make the system to work in a similar way as it works in Rome 1.

KNOWN ISSUES
There are two some small issues that I cannot fix:
* When pikemen use siege towers, they have the pike in their hand (except when they are climbing ladders);
* Sometimes pikemen have a pike in their hand when they are waiting in the walls (not fighting).
