描述
Makes using cloak spells less annoying!

Now you can actually see and hear when using cloak spells!

Changes Fire, Frost, and Lightning Cloaks:
*removes 1st person particle effects
*removes active cloak sound effects

The screenshots do a poor job of demonstrating the changes.

Can you turn this up to 11 and completely remove all first person effects? A ton better, but it's still got hands of fire taking up 1/4th my screen with flames.

@Phat Only 1st person effects are altered.
