2019 Chevrolet Express Newsvan "CSNews 24" based on Tycoon City New York.

Tycoon City New York - one of my first city-buliding games. Back in 2009 i spend so much time playing this game - i have so much nice memories about it.
I decide to make some vehicles based on this game. I make a map based on TCNY Manhattan once, so why i can't make a vehicles too?
TC24 News it's TCNY in-game news station with reporter Darlene Delaney. Also, TC24 newsvans are pretty common in traffic in original game.
This pack also have "Cities Skylines" text instead of "New York" for fitting in any city.

Works like Industry van.
